Amber Gail "Aimee" Creek was an American teenage girl from Palatine, Illinois, who was murdered in February 1997. Creek's body was found in Burlington, Wisconsin, not long after she ran away from a youth shelter. Creek remained unidentified for approximately one year, and it was not until April 2014 that police arrested a suspect, James Eaton, a native of Palatine. Eaton pleaded no contest to a reduced charge of reckless homicide in late 2016. Background Amber Gail "Aimee" Creek was born on July 2, 1982, in Park Ridge, Illinois, and was raised in Palatine, Illinois. She was sexually abused at a young age, so she was taken from her mother's care and placed with her father, Robert Creek. She was described as a normal girl by friends and family until mid-1996, at around age 14, when her behavior drastically changed shortly after graduating from eighth grade at junior high school. Creek began to suffer from long periods of depression that had resulted in her using drugs and alcoh ...

Creek Language
The Muscogee language (Muskogee, ''Mvskoke'' in Muscogee), also known as Creek, is a Muskogean language spoken by Muscogee (Creek) and Seminole people, primarily in the US states of Oklahoma and Florida. Along with Mikasuki, when it is spoken by the Seminole, it is known as Seminole. Historically, the language was spoken by various constituent groups of the Muscogee or ''Maskoki'' in what are now Alabama and Georgia. It is related to but not mutually intelligible with the other primary language of the Muscogee confederacy, Hitchiti-Mikasuki, which is spoken by the kindred Mikasuki, as well as with other Muskogean languages. The Muscogee first brought the Muscogee and Miccosukee languages to Florida in the early 18th century. Combining with other ethnicities there, they emerged as the Seminole. During the 1830s, however, the US government forced most Muscogee and Seminole to relocate west of the Mississippi River, with most forced into Indian Territory. The language is today spo ...

Creek County, Oklahoma
Creek County is a county located in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. As of the 2010 census, the population was 69,967. Its county seat is Sapulpa. Creek County is part of the Tulsa, OK Metropolitan Statistical Area. History European explorers traveled through this area early in the 19th Century, after the Louisiana Purchase. In 1825, the Osage Nation ceded the territory where the Federal Government planned to resettle the Creek Nation and other tribes after their expulsion from the Southeastern part of the United States. The Creeks began migrating into this area, where they and their black slaves settled to begin farming and raising cattle. In 1835, Federal soldiers under Captain J. L. Dawson built the Dawson Road, following an old Osage hunting trail. Railroads gave an important boost to the local economy. In 1886, the Atlantic and Pacific Railroad built a line from Red Fork to Sapulpa. In 1898, the St. Louis and Oklahoma City Railway Company (later the St. Louis–San Francisco ...

Creek Audio
{{Unreferenced, date=November 2009 Creek Audio is a manufacturer of audio equipment. History Creek Audio production was started in 1982 by Michael Creek. Initially, Creek manufactured integrated amplifiers and tuners from its London base. Sales of Creek products increased at a large rate, until new premises were required. Many overseas markets were established together with about 80 specialised UK retail customers but delivery times became extended as sales outstripped production. Additional funding was required to grow the company so in 1988 Creek Audio was sold to Mordaunt-Short who had been bought by the TGI PLC group the previous year. Creek Audio continued to grow but in 1991 Mordaunt-Short's management changed. TGI appointed a new M.D. who jointly managed Tannoy in Scotland and Mordaunt-Short, Creek Audio and Epos Speakers. Production was split between the two companies, which created higher manufacturing costs and led to the company being offered for sale, as it ceased to ...

The ICAO-assigned model designation "B06" is used on flight plans for the JetRanger and LongRanger, and the designation "B06T" is used for the twin-engined TwinRangers.
