''My Arms, Your Hearse'' is the third studio album by Swedish progressive metal band Opeth, released in August 1998. It was the band's first album to be released simultaneously in Europe, through Candlelight Records, and in the United States, through Century Black. Background ''My Arms, Your Hearse'' was the first Opeth album with drummer Martin Lopez, who answered a newspaper ad that Opeth put up searching for this spot to be taken after Anders Nordin left. Shortly thereafter the band also brought in Martín Méndez, a friend and previous bandmate of Lopez. ''Credence'' is a graphic novel written by Michael Easton. It was published in 2013 by Blackwatch Comics. Illustrated by Steven Perkins, the story is presented with black-and-white art panels in a stark, film noir style and is visually different from Easton's previous '' Soul Stealer'' trilogy or his '' The Green Woman''. While the perspective of both these earlier stories reflected their morally conflicted protagonists, ''Credence'' is harsher, with a bleaker perspective on the surrounding world. A sequel, '' Credence II: Lose This Skin'', is slated for release in 2020. Credence or degree of belief is a statistical term that expresses how much a person believes that a proposition is true. As an example, a reasonable person will believe with close to 50% credence that a fair coin will land on heads the next time it is flipped (minus the probability that the coin lands on its edge). Credence Table
A credence table is a small side table in the sanctuary of a Christian church which is used in the celebration of the Eucharist (Latin ''credens, -entis'', believer). The credence table is usually placed near the wall on the epistle (south) side of the sanctuary, and may be covered with a fine linen cloth.
