''Crash'' is an English-language Welsh television drama series created by Tony Jordan and produced by Red Planet Pictures for BBC Wales. The series follows the lives of four newly qualified doctors. Plot

The plot of the show follows the lives of junior doctors Cath, Rob, Rhian and Ameer as they start work at the fictional Cardiff City Hospital. The show will focus on the main characters personal relationships rather than on medical issues, as creator Tony Jordan states: "...it’s not a medical show, it’s just set in a hospital."

Tony Jordan
Tony Jordan (born 21 July 1957) is a British television writer. He was listed as the number one television screenwriter in the United Kingdom by ''Broadcast'' magazine in 2008 and among British broadcasting's top twenty in ''The Stage'' in 2009. For many years, Jordan was lead writer and series consultant for BBC One soap opera ''EastEnders''. Jordan had written for the programme since 1989 including the 2008 single-hander " Pretty Baby...." and is considered to be an 'elder statesman' of the show, for which he has written over 250 episodes . Career Beginning his career as a market trader, Jordan began writing at the age of thirty-two. Richard Harrington (actor)
Richard Harrington (born 12 March 1975) is a Welsh actor. Early and personal life Harrington was born in Gurnos and brought up in Heolgerrig, Merthyr Tydfil. Harrington speaks Welsh as a second language; he came from an English-speaking family but studied in a Welsh Medium school in Merthyr. He has said that filming ''Y Gwyll'' improved his fluency significantly. Harrington has two children with a former girlfriend and a son, born in 2019, with his partner Hannah Daniel, with whom he lives in Crystal Palace, London. Harrington took part in the 2012 and 2013 Snowdonia Marathon alongside his friend and fellow actor Mark Lewis Jones. They both ran Marathon des Sables in 2014.
