Diane Coyle
Diane Coyle (born February 1961) is an economist and a former advisor to the UK Treasury. She was vice-chairman of the BBC Trust, the governing body of the British Broadcasting Corporation, and was a member of the UK Competition Commission from 2001 until 2019. Since March 2018, she has been the Bennett Professor of Public Policy at the University of Cambridge, co-directing the Bennett Institute. Brian John Coyle (June 25, 1944 – August 23, 1991) was an American community leader, elected official, and gay activist. Coyle was one of the founders of the alternative newspaper ''Hundred Flowers''. Biography Brian John Coyle was born on June 25, 1944 in Great Falls, Montana. He was raised in Moorhead, Minnesota and graduated from Moorhead High School. He received his BA degree from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis campus) in 1967. While at the University, Coyle was a member of Students for a Democratic Society and a writer for the '' Minnesota Daily''. James Coyle
James Edwin Coyle (March 23, 1873 – August 11, 1921) was a Catholic priest who was murdered in Birmingham, Alabama by a Ku Klux Klan member for performing an interracial marriage. Biography James Coyle was born in Drum, County Roscommon, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, now modern day Ireland, to Owen Coyle and his wife Margaret Durney. He attended Mungret College in Limerick and the Pontifical North American College in Rome, and was ordained a priest at age 23 on May 30, 1896. Later that year, he sailed with another priest, Father Michael Henry, to Mobile, Alabama, and served under Bishop Edward Patrick Allen. He became an instructor, and later rector, of the McGill Institute for Boys. In 1904 Bishop Allen appointed Coyle to succeed Patrick O'Reilly as pastor of St. Paul's Church (later Cathedral) in Birmingham, where he was well received and loved by the congregation. James Coyle (born 28 December 1985) is an Ireland international rugby league coach and former player. Playing career Coyle played for Wigan St Patricks as half back and St John Fisher pupil. In 2002 and 2003 he played in the Wigan's Academy setup and was the Senior Academy Player of the Year for 2003 Under 21s. Coyle captained the 2003 England Academy U17s squad that beat the Australian Institute of Sport for the first time. Coyle was also selected for the 2004 Academy Origin Series. He was included in the Wigan Warriors first team squad for the first time in 2005 his first appearance being off the bench against Hull F.C. Henry Coyle (politician)
Henry Coyle (died 29 May 1979) was a National Army officer and later a Cumann na nGaedheal politician. He was elected at the 1923 general election to the 4th Dáil as Teachta Dála (TD) for Mayo North. In 1924, Coyle was sentenced to three years' imprisonment for bouncing cheques. Because his sentence was for more than six months, he was disqualified from the Oireachtas from 9 May 1924 under Section 51 of the Electoral Act 1923. The by-election caused by his disqualification was won by John Madden of Sinn Féin. Coyle remains the only TD to have been disqualified in this way. Henry Coyle (born 8 July 1982) is an Irish former professional boxer who competed from 2007 to 2013. As an amateur, he won the Irish welterweight championship in 2003. Amateur career Coyle boxed as an amateur winning the Irish welterweight title in 2003 after beating James Moore in the final at the National Boxing Stadium in Dublin. In July 2006, Coyle won gold in boxing at the World Military Games in South Africa. Professional career Coyle made his professional debut on 16 March 2007 at Madison Square Garden in New York City, beating American Jason Collazo by a knockout (KO) in the first round. Fay Coyle
Francis Coyle (1 April 1933 – 30 March 2007), more commonly known as Fay Coyle, was a Northern Ireland international footballer from Derry, Northern Ireland. Club career A centre-forward, Fay Coyle began his career at Derry City in the Irish League before starring with Coleraine for a number of years. At the age of 18, he joined Derry City Reserves, and after some excellent displays, he made his senior debut in the 1952–53 season against Ards. On 25 November 1953 Coyle transferred to Coleraine F.C. His best was perhaps the 1954–55 season when he top-scored in the Irish League with 20 goals and won a City Cup winner's medal. In Matt Doherty Sr.'s benefit game on 4 May 1955 against Shamrock Rovers he scored all 6 goals in a 6–1 win.
