Coy Cronk
Coy Cronk (born January 18, 1998) is an American football offensive tackle who is a free agent. He played college football for the Indiana Hoosiers and the Iowa Hawkeyes. He has previously played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Professional career Green Bay Packers Cronk signed with the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent but was released before the start of the 2021 season. Jacksonville Jaguars Cronk was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars on October 22, 2021 He was waived during final roster cuts on August 30, 2022. Cronk didn't make his debut until the 2022 season in a Week 16 win against the New York Jets. He was also elevated to the active roster for the Jaguars playoff game against the Los Angeles Chargers. Tackle is a playing position in gridiron football. Historically, in the one-platoon system prevalent in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, a tackle played on both offense and defense. In the modern system of specialized units, offensive tackle and defensive tackle are separate positions, and the stand-alone term "tackle" refers to the offensive tackle position only. The offensive tackle (OT, T) is a position on the offensive line, left and right. In sports, the practice squad, also called the taxi squad or practice roster, is a group of players signed by a team but not part of their main roster. Frequently used in gridiron football, they serve as extra players during the team's practices, often as part of the scout team by emulating an upcoming opponent's play style.
