County Route 513 (CR 513) is a county highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The highway extends from Kingwood Avenue ( Route 12) in Frenchtown to Lakeside Road ( CR 511) in West Milford. South of Frenchtown, the road continues as Route 29. It is the third longest county route in New Jersey, following CR 519 and CR 527. Route description Hunterdon County CR 513 begins at an intersection with Route 12 in Frenchtown, Hunterdon County, a short distance to the north of the northern terminus of Route 29. From this point, the road heads north on two-lane undivided Everittstown Road, passing homes. The route continues into Alexandria Township and enters more rural areas of farms and woods with some residences. Route 173 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States that is a designation for an old section of U.S. Route 22 (US 22). The route runs from Interstate 78 (I-78) and US 22 in Pohatcong Township, Warren County to County Route 626 (CR 626, Beaver Avenue) in Clinton Township, Hunterdon County, just east of an interchange with Route 31. Route 173 parallels I-78 and US 22 for its entire length through rural areas of Warren and Hunterdon counties, passing through the towns of Bloomsbury and Clinton along the way. At one point just to the west of Clinton, Route 173 runs concurrent with I-78 and US 22. Hunterdon Developmental Center (HDC) is a developmental center located on 102 acres in Union Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, near Clinton. It opened in 1969 and provides a broad spectrum of behavioral, medical and habilitation services to women and men with intellectual and developmental disabilities. HDC also operates a Work Activity Center (WAC). As of March 2017, HDC had a census of 480 residents. The center is for adults with neurodevelopmental disorders complicated by cognitive dysfunction. The Lehigh Line is a railroad line in central New Jersey, Northeastern Pennsylvania, and the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. It is owned and operated by the Norfolk Southern Railway. Union Township is a township in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 5,908, reflecting a decline of 252 (−4.1%) from the 6,160 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 1,082 (+21.3%) from the 5,078 counted in the 1990 Census. The southwest half of the township lies on what is known as the Hunterdon Plateau, the northwest corner consists of the Musconetcong Ridge and the northeast section is part of the lower-lying Newark Basin around Spruce Run Reservoir. A concurrency in a road network is an instance of one physical roadway bearing two or more different route numbers. When two roadways share the same right-of-way, it is sometimes called a common section or commons. Other terminology for a concurrency includes overlap, coincidence, duplex (two concurrent routes), triplex (three concurrent routes), multiplex (any number of concurrent routes), dual routing or triple routing. Concurrent numbering can become very common in jurisdictions that allow it. Where multiple routes must pass between a single mountain crossing or over a bridge, or through a major city, it is often economically and practically advantageous for them all to be accommodated on a single physical roadway.
