Chad Daniel Ackerman (born November 30, 1983) is a rock singer, songwriter, musician, writer, director, actor, and producer. Ackerman's debut as a singer/songwriter was on November 30, 2012 under the name "A Veil" with an album entitled ''The in Between''. He has also been the vocalist for the bands Chapter 14, and Count Your Curses. He was the voice parody of Arnold Schwarzenegger for the band Austrian Death Machine. Ackerman was previously the vocalist for the band Destroy the Runner, guitarist for As I Lay Dying, and Die Trying. Biography In 2002–3, Ackerman played rhythm guitar with As I Lay Dying at a number of live performances, including a full U.S. tour after his graduation from San Marcos High School. He did not appear on any of As I Lay Dying's studio recordings from that period, although he provided some backing vocals for their 2007 album ''An Ocean Between Us''. Chiodos
Chiodos (, ) was an American post-hardcore band from Davison, Michigan. Formed in 2001, the group was originally known as “The Light-hearted Carpet Knights” before changing their name to "The Chiodos Bros," the band's name was a tribute to filmmakers Stephen, Charles, and Edward Chiodo, responsible for the film ''Killer Klowns from Outer Space''. Austrian Death Machine is an American thrash metal side project from San Diego, California, founded by As I Lay Dying vocalist Tim Lambesis to be a parody of and tribute to Arnold Schwarzenegger's films. Biography Austrian Death Machine released their first album ''Total Brutal'' on July 22, 2008. The album was dedicated to Caleb Crain on May 14, 2008, for his birthday that was two months before the scheduled release date. A few months later they released a Christmas-themed EP, ''A Very Brutal Christmas''. After some tour support of ''Total Brutal'', Lambesis went back on tour with As I Lay Dying. ''Total Brutal'' is the debut full-length album by Austrian Death Machine, a project of As I Lay Dying's vocalist Tim Lambesis. The band and record are based upon Arnold Schwarzenegger and his movies. Tim plays all of the instruments (apart from guest solo guitar work) and performs vocals but "Ahhhnold" is billed as the vocalist. Destroy the Runner vocalist Chad Ackerman voices all of the Schwarzenegger impersonations. The album was released on July 22, 2008. On the cover of the original release of the album "Machine" was spelled with two 'i's, while new pressings of the album have the spelling corrected. Tim Lambesis
Timothy Peter Lambesis (born November 21, 1980) is an American musician and producer, best known as the founding member and lead vocalist of American metalcore band As I Lay Dying. He also had a solo/side thrash metal project in tribute to actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Austrian Death Machine, in which he performed all the instruments. He also formed a death metal band called Pyrithion and played guitar for Society's Finest and Point of Recognition. Lambesis was arrested in 2013 after attempting to hire an undercover police officer to murder his wife. He pled guilty in 2014 and was sentenced to serve six years in prison. Brian McTernan
Brian McTernan is an American musician and record producer from Baltimore, Maryland. McTernan was the lead vocalist in the hardcore punk band Battery, the guitarist in Ashes, and is the singer in Be Well. In 2009, he was named one of "the 50 most influential people in Maryland" by the editors of '' The Daily Record''. McTernan operates the recording studio Salad Days from his home in Beltsville, Maryland. His studio is named after the Minor Threat song of the same name. He has produced albums for several notable artists, including Thrice, Circa Survive, Hot Water Music, Senses Fail, and Turnstile.
