Cornelius Stewart
Cornelius Stewart (born 7 October 1989) is a Saint Vincentian professional footballer who currently plays as a forward or winger for Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club in the Bangladesh Football Premier League. Club career Stewart attended Kingstown Anglican Primary School and Intermediate High School, and began his career in 2001 with the youth soccer team System 3 FC on his home island of Saint Vincent. He moved to Newwill Hope International FC of the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines National League Championship in 2007, and played for them throughout the 2007–08 season, before moving to Canada in 2009 when he joined the Vancouver Whitecaps Residency programme. He was promoted to the Vancouver Whitecaps senior team in 2010, and played for their reserve squad in 2011 after Vancouver moved to Major League Soccer season. The Vancouver Whitecaps were a Canadian professional soccer club based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Founded in 1986, the team played its final year in the second tier of the United States soccer pyramid in the NASL Conference of the USSF Division 2 Professional League coached by Teitur Thordarson. The team played its home games at Swangard Stadium in nearby Burnaby, British Columbia. The team's colours were blue and white. Qualifying for the 2010 FIFA World Cup was a series of tournaments organised by the six FIFA confederations. The I-League (known as Hero I-League for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp) is the second-tier men's professional football competition of the Indian football league system. It is currently contested by 12 clubs across the country with the winners getting promotion to play in the premier division, the Indian Super League. The Palloseura Kemi Kings is a Finnish football team based in the town of Kemi, who are currently playing in the Kolmonen. The club have spent three seasons in the top flight in their history.
