Cookstown Fr. Rock's Gaelic Athletic Club (Irish: ''CLG an tAth. Mac Con Carraige, An Chorra Chríochach'') is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Cookstown in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The club fields male and female teams across a multitude of age groups ranging from Under 6s to senior level. Their home ground, Paddy Cullen Park, is located at 1 Convent Lane, Cookstown, just behind Holy Trinity Primary School and Holy Trinity College. In recent years Owen Mulligan and Raymond Mulgrew have both won All-Ireland Senior Football Championship medals with the Tyrone senior team. The club also had five players who won All-Ireland Minor Football Championship medals on the same day in 2004. Main sponsor Cookstown Fr. Tyrone Intermediate Football Championship
The Tyrone Intermediate Football Club Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the LCC Group Tyrone Intermediate Football Club Championship) is an annual Gaelic football competition contested by mid-tier Tyrone GAA clubs. Galbally Pearses are the title holders (2022) defeating Edendork St Malachy's in the final. History The tournament was first held in 1962, with Cookstown the first champions defeating Galbally in the final. The semi-final of the 2021 Tyrone Intermediate Football Championship was abandoned after eight minutes and an Air Ambulance had to land on the pitch at Healy Park to care for the injured. The Ulster Intermediate Club Football Championship is an annual Gaelic football tournament played between the hundreds of intermediate football clubs in Ulster. Ancient Order Of Hibernians
The Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH; ) is an Irish Catholic fraternal organization. Members must be male, Catholic, and either born in Ireland or of Irish descent. Its largest membership is now in the United States, where it was founded in New York City in 1836, however, a reference to its existence as early as 1819 was found in a letter written from a Samuel Castwell to the eventual 7th President of the United States, Andrew Jackson. In the letter, Jackson had been nominated for membership into Castwell's Hibernian Society. The letter was dated May 26, 1819.
