''Contact'' is the ninth studio album by German DJ André "ATB" Tanneberger, It was released on 24 January 2014 through Kontor Records. Release Like the previous album, '' Distant Earth'', ''Contact'' was released in three varieties: standard 2 CD version, 3-CD Box Set and a Deluxe Fan Box (which was limited to 2000 copies and sold via Amazon). The album standard edition contains 2 CDs. André Tanneberger
André Tanneberger (; born 26 February 1973), better known by his stage name ATB, is a German DJ, musician, and Record producer, producer of trance music. According to the official world DJ rankings governed by ''DJ Magazine'', ATB was ranked No. 11 in 2009 and 2010, and No. 15 in 2011. In 2011, he was ranked as world No. 1 according to "The DJ List". He is best known for his 1998 single "9 PM (Till I Come)", which was a No. 1 single in the United Kingdom. The song's hook would later be reworked into "Don't Stop! (ATB song), Don't Stop!" in 1999 for his debut album, ''Movin' Melodies'', becoming a hit in its own right. Jes Brieden (born May 10, 1974), known simply as Jes (stylized as JES), is an American singer, songwriter, producer, composer, and DJ from New York. She is a co-founder of the US dance band Motorcycle, who released the world-famous song "As the Rush Comes" in 2003. Early life Jes Brieden, born and raised in New York City, studied art and singing in an art school. She first began experimenting with music production at her friends' studios. By age 16 she made her first vocal recordings as a reference vocalist, and was also working as a backup singer for several major recording labels. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is a collection of statistical models and their associated estimation procedures (such as the "variation" among and between groups) used to analyze the differences among means. York is a German electronic music duo, founded in 1997 by musicians and brothers Torsten and Jörg Stenzel. Producing ambient, downtempo, chillout, house and trance, their productions are known for catchy guitar hooks, atmospheric soundscapes and delicate dance textures. Career Torsten Stenzel began his musical career early in his childhood, learning the piano from the age of five when he began his classical training. In the early 1990s his musical orientation changed, and he discovered the growing techno/house movement. He built his own recording studio. Stanfour
Stanfour are a German rock band who formed in 2004. The band was founded on the German island of Föhr where the four core members live. Already prior to the band's formation, brothers Alexander and Konstantin Rethwisch spent years in Los Angeles working closely together with a producer of film music. This is one of several reasons for the band's American style of music. History The name Stanfour was also created in the US, when the four musicians frequented a café. On Konstantin's cup was written "Stan" (abbreviation of his name). After a conversation with the waitress, the latter suggested Stanfour as a band name and as the group did not have a name at the time, they accepted it and have since kept the name Stanfour. Trance is a genre of electronic dance music that emerged from the British new-age music scene and the early 1990s German techno and hardcore scenes. Trance music is characterized by a tempo generally lying between 135–150 beats per minute (BPM), repeating melodic phrases and a musical form that distinctly builds tension and elements throughout a track often culminating in 1 to 2 "peaks" or "drops".
