''Considering Lily'' is the eponymously titled second studio album by CCM duo Considering Lily, released in 1997. Considering Lily consisted of sisters Serene Campbell and Pearl Barrett at the time of this release. Critical reception Melinda Hill of AllMusic gives the album 3 out of a possible 5 stars and writes, "Considering Lily's last release with Serene Campbell and Pearl Barrett is everything one could hope it would be." Tony Cummings of ''Cross Rhythms'' gives the album an 8 out of 10 and says, "if you like the idea of nasal, little girl lost voices, across plenty of grungy guitar, and songs that speak of spiritual warfare, holiness and other vital topics, this one's for you." Considering Lily
Considering Lily (formerly Serene & Pearl) was an American CCM group that was popular in the late 1990s. The group was founded by Serene Campbell and Pearl Barrett, who are sisters, in the United States in 1991, though both were born in New Zealand. Their first album (as Serene & Pearl) was 1995's ''Crazy Stories'', followed by a self-titled 1997 release which included the single "Cup", a major hit at Christian radio. Following this, Campbell left the group to raise her family, and Barrett began working with Jeanette Herdman, who is the wife of Audio Adrenaline member Bob Herdman. A third album followed in 1999. Ted Jensen (born September 19, 1954) is an American mastering engineer, known for having mastered many recordings, including the Eagles' ''Hotel California'', Green Day's '' American Idiot'' and Norah Jones' ''Come Away with Me''. Biography Ted Jensen was born to Carl and Margaret (Anning) Jensen, both of whom were musicians. Carl had studied at Yale University. Margaret went to Oberlin College & Conservatory and Skidmore College and was also a pilot. Carl and Margaret met on a train while going to a choral workshop. Ted has one brother, Rick, and two daughters, Kristen and Kim. While attending High School, Jensen was building his own stereo and recording equipment and began recording local bands both in the studio and at live events. Eddie DeGarmo (born October 3, 1954) is an American contemporary Christian music recording artist, keyboardist, producer and singer. He became best friends with guitarist/lead vocalist Dana Key in first grade, and co-founded the Christian rock group DeGarmo and Key with him in 1978. DeGarmo played keyboards and provided vocals for the band. DeGarmo was one of the founders of Christian music label ForeFront Records. Chester William Powers, Jr. (October 7, 1937 – November 16, 1994) was an American singer-songwriter, and under the stage names Dino Valenti or Dino Valente, one of the lead singers of the rock group Quicksilver Messenger Service. "Get Together", also known as "Let's Get Together" and "Everybody Get Together", is a song by American rock band the Youngbloods, originally included in their 1967 debut album ''The Youngbloods''. It was written in the mid-1960s by American singer-songwriter Chet Powers (stage name Dino Valenti), from psychedelic rock band Quicksilver Messenger Service. The single was The Youngbloods' only Top 40 on ''Billboard Hot 100''peaking at number five in 1969. A pedestrian crossing (or crosswalk in American English) is a place designated for pedestrians to cross a road, street or avenue. The term "pedestrian crossing" is also used in the Vienna and Geneva Conventions, both of which pertain to road signs and road traffic.
