Conor Corbett
Conor Corbett (born 1 March 2002) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for Cork SAFC club Clyda Rovers and at inter-county level with the Cork senior football team. He usually lines out as a forward. Career Corbett played Gaelic football at school level with the Patrician Academy in Mallow. He won several titles with the school throughout 2019 and 2020, including the Simcox Cup. Corbett also lined out at juvenile and underage levels with the Clyda Rovers club before making his senior team debut in 2020. Corbett first lined out at inter-county level as captain of the Cork minor football team that beat Galway in the 2019 All-Ireland minor final. Corbett was subsequently named Minor Footballer of the Year. He was included on the Cork under-20 football team in 2020 and 2021, however, his progress onto the senior team was stalled after suffering a cruciate ligament injury. Munster Senior Football Championship
The Munster Senior Football Championship, known simply as the Munster Championship and shortened to Munster SFC, is an annual inter-county Gaelic football competition organised by the Munster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). It is the highest inter-county Gaelic football competition in the province of Munster, and has been contested every year, bar one, since the 1888 championship. The final, currently held on the fourth Saturday in June, serves as the culmination of a series of games played during May and June, and the results determine which team receives the Munster Cup. Paul Anthony Walsh (born 1 October 1962) is an English former professional footballer who now works as a television pundit. A pacey and skilful forward, he scored a total of 127 goals in 521 league games in a 17-year career in the English Football League and Premier League; he also won five senior caps for England in an eleven-month international career beginning in June 1983. The Electric Ireland All-Ireland Minor Football Championship is the premier under-17 "knockout" competition in Gaelic football played in Ireland. 2017 was the final year of the minor under 18 football championship as it were replaced by an under 17 championship following a vote at the GAA congress on 26 February 2016. The series of games are organised by the Gaelic Athletic Association and are played during the summer months with the All-Ireland Minor Football Final being played on the third Sunday in September in Croke Park, Dublin as the curtain-raiser to the senior final. 2021 All-Ireland Under-20 Football Championship
The 2021 All-Ireland Under-20 Football Championship was the fourth staging of the All-Ireland Under-20 Championship and the 58th staging overall of a Gaelic football championship for players between the minor and senior grades. The championship began on 1 July and ended on 15 August 2021. Galway entered the championship as the defending champions, however, they were beaten by Mayo after a penalty shootout in the Connacht semi-final. The final was played on 15 August 2021 at Croke Park in Dublin, between Offaly and Roscommon, in what was their first ever championship meeting. Offaly won the match by 1-14 to 1-11 to claim their second championship title overall and a first title since 1988.
