Connor Idun
Connor Idun (born 29 July 2000) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for the Greater Western Sydney Giants in the Australian Football League (AFL). Early life Connor Idun was born in London to an Australian mother and a father from Ghana and was raised in Essex to the age of 4. As a child he moved with his family from London to Sydney before relocating to Victoria. He began playing Australian rules football at the age of 12 in Geelong for Drysdale Football Club juniors and completed his VCE at Christian College. He played two seasons of NAB League for the Geelong Falcons primarily in defence before being selected to represent Victoria Country at the 2018 NAB AFL U18 Championships. AFL career Idun was selected by the Greater Western Sydney Giants at pick No. 61 in the 2018 AFL national draft. Jeremy Cameron
Jeremy Cameron (born 1 April 1993) is a professional footballer with the Geelong Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He previously played for the Greater Western Sydney Giants from 2012 to 2020. Cameron has kicked the most goals (427) for Greater Western Sydney, and led the club's goalkicking in all nine of his seasons at the club, with his 67 goals in the 2019 home-and-away season earning him the Coleman Medal. He is also a three time All-Australian and won the Kevin Sheedy Medal in 2013. Cameron won his first premiership in 2022 with Geelong. The Sydney Swans are a professional Australian rules football club based in Sydney, New South Wales. Christian College is a K-12 independent school located over six campuses in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. The Victorian Certificate of Education (often abbreviated VCE) is one credential available to secondary school students who successfully complete year 11 and 12 in the Australian state of Victoria. The VCE is the predominant choice for students wishing to pursue tertiary education. An alternative to VCE is the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL), a vocational based senior secondary school qualification. About 67% of all 19-year-olds in Victoria had completed the VCE in 2020, compared to about 11% of students completing the VCAL (a very small group completed both). A small number of government secondary schools, and a somewhat larger number of private schools, offer the IB Diploma Programme as an alternative. Australian football, also called Australian rules football or Aussie rules, or more simply football or footy, is a contact sport played between two teams of 18 players on an oval field, often a modified cricket ground. Points are scored by kicking the oval ball between the central goal posts (worth six points), or between a central and outer post (worth one point, otherwise known as a "behind").
