Connor Brickley
Connor Brickley (born February 25, 1992) is an American former professional hockey center, who played with the Florida Panthers and the New York Rangers in the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the second round, 50th overall, by the Florida Panthers in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career After playing junior hockey with the Des Moines Buccaneers and the U.S. National Development Team in the United States Hockey League, Brickley committed to a collegiate career with the University of Vermont of the Hockey East. Upon completion of his senior year with the Catamounts, he was immediately assigned to the Panthers' AHL affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage on an amateur try-out contract to make his professional debut to end the 2013–14 season. Everett is a city in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States, directly north of Boston, bordering the neighborhood of Charlestown. Brody Sutter (born September 26, 1991) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward who is currently an unrestricted free agent. The 2016–17 AHL season was the 81st season of the American Hockey League. The regular season began on October 14, 2016, and ended on April 15, 2017. The 2017 Calder Cup playoffs began on April 20, 2017. Regular season The AHL had a slight alignment shift with the addition of the Tucson Roadrunners to the one-year-old Pacific Division, bringing the division member total up to eight. It also created an unbalanced conference alignment with the Western Conference having 16 members and the Eastern Conference containing 14 members. Carolina Hurricanes
The Carolina Hurricanes (colloquially known as the Canes) are a professional ice hockey team based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
