Kyle David Connor (born December 9, 1996) is an American professional ice hockey player for the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League (NHL). Connor was drafted 17th overall by the Jets in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Connor played minor ice hockey for Detroit Belle Tire and participated in the 2009 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with them. Kevin Connor (born 14 July 1937) is an English film and television director based in Hollywood. Biography Connor was born in Kings Cross, London on 14 July 1937. He left school in 1953, first working on documentary films in Soho. Later, he became a sound editor on several British productions, working with directors such as Tony Richardson, Richard Attenborough, Richard Lester, Abraham Polonsky and Michael Cacoyannis. Kenneth Connor, (6 June 1918 – 28 November 1993) was a British stage, film and broadcasting actor, who rose to national prominence with his appearances in the ''Carry On'' films. Early life Connor was born in Highbury, Islington, London, the son of a naval petty officer who organised concert parties. He first appeared on the stage at the age of two as an organ-grinder's monkey in one of his father's shows, in Portsmouth. By the age of 11 he had his own act. He attended the Central School of Speech and Drama, where he was a Gold Medal winner. Connor made his professional debut in J. M. Barrie's ''The Boy David'', at His Majesty's Theatre, London, in December 1936. James Connor (1 June 1909 – 8 May 1980) was a Scottish footballer who played for Sunderland and the Scotland national football team as an outside left. He was born in Renfrew, Scotland. Club career He made his debut for Sunderland against Manchester City on 30 August 1930 in a 3–3 draw at Roker Park. His Sunderland career lasted from 1930 to 1939, although the later years were halted due to a severe injury in 1937, and he never fully recovered. The injury also caused him to miss the 1937 FA Cup Final and he retired in 1939. In total, he had made 254 league appearances for Sunderland, scoring 49 goals.
