''Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen'' is the soundtrack album to the 2004 film of the same name. The soundtrack featured songs by various artists. The film's lead actress Lindsay Lohan recorded four songs written for the film, including "Drama Queen (That Girl)", that was promotionally released with an accompanying video on Disney in January of that year. Diffuser is a rock band from Long Island, New York, that was formed in 1994 by Tomas Costanza (guitar/vocals), Anthony Cangelosi (guitar), Lawrence Sullivan (bass) and Billy Alemaghides (drums). Wakefield was an American rock band from Mechanicsville, Maryland, formed in 2000. The band consisted of singer and guitarist Ryan Escolopio, his brother and drummer Aaron Escolopio, their cousin and bassist Mike Schoolden, and guitarist J.D. Tennyson. In music, a medley is a piece composed from parts of existing pieces played one after another, sometimes overlapping. They are common in popular music, and most medleys are songs rather than instrumentals.
