The Communauté de communes Creuse Confluence is a ''communauté de communes'', an intercommunal structure, in the Creuse department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, central France. It was created in January 2017 by the merger of the former communautés de communes Pays de Boussac, Carrefour des Quatre Provinces and Évaux-les-Bains Chambon-sur-Voueize.Arrêté préfectoral

Boussac-Bourg
Boussac-Bourg (; oc, Boçac Borg) is a commune in the Creuse department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in central France. Geography A farming area comprising the village and several hamlets situated in the valley of the small river Béroux, some northwest of Guéret, at the junction of the D916 and the D997. The Petite Creuse river forms much of the southern border of the commune. Jarnages
Jarnages (; oc, Jarnajas) is a commune in the Creuse department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in France. Geography A farming village situated some east of Guéret, at the junction of the D65, D13 and the D990. The N145 road forms the northern border of the commune. Évaux-les-Bains
Évaux-les-Bains (; oc, Evahon) is a commune in the Creuse department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in central France. History A spa town founded by the Romans in the first century, who developed thermal baths and called the place “Ivaonum,” possibly after a deity, Ivaos. It became a place of pilgrimage after the sixth century, because of the tomb of the Christian hermit Marien.
