Committee On Cultural Affairs
(Parliamentary) Committee on Cultural Affairs ( sv, kulturutskottet, KrU) is a parliamentary committee in the Swedish Riksdag. The committee areas of responsibility concern general cultural and educational purposes, popular education, youth activities, international cultural cooperation, and sports. The committee also debates church issues and matters concerning radio and television, and immigration and integration policies, insofar as they do not belong to the Constitutional Committee's preparation. The committee's speaker is Amanda Lind from the Green Party and the vice-speaker is Robert Hannah Robert Hannah (born 7 August 1985) is a Swedish Liberal politician and member of the Riksdag for Gothenburg Municipality since 2014. Parliamentary Committees In The Riksdag
There are fifteen parliamentary committees in the Riksdag, Sweden's parliament. Each committee is made up of seventeen elected MPs, with at least one member from each political party. Additionally, the committee on EU Affairs, while not one of the standing committees, has a similar role. Current committees ;Civil Affairs () :The Committee on Civil Affairs was formed on 1 October 2006. This committee overtook issues that were previously handled by the Committee on Civil Law () and the Committee on Housing ().
