Commando Leopard
''Commando Leopard'' (german: Kommando Leopard) is a 1985 Euro War film directed by Antonio Margheriti and starring Lewis Collins, Klaus Kinski, and Manfred Lehmann. Plot In an unnamed Latin American dictatorship, a group of rebel freedom fighters fight to bring about a less oppressive society. The rebels, led by the enigmatic Enrique Carrasco (Collins) who has returned to his native land to fight, attack a hydro-electric dam. Along with Carrasco's native fighters are Smithy ( Steiner), a British mercenary, and Maria, a native ex-medical student turned freedom fighter. After killing the security guards, Carrasco's men place explosives at a crucial point in the dam wall; when they detonate, the resulting tidal surge destroys a nearby bridge that is carrying a Government convoy. Antonio Margheriti
Antonio Margheriti (19 September 1930 – 4 November 2002), also known under the pseudonyms Anthony M. Dawson and Antony Daisies ("daisies" is "margherite" in Italian), was an Italians, Italian filmmaker. Margheriti worked in many different film genre, genres in the Italian film industry, and was known for his sometimes derivative but often stylish and entertaining science fiction film, science fiction, sword and sandal, horror film, horror/giallo, Eurospy, Spaghetti Western, Vietnam War film, Vietnam War and Action film, action movies that were released to a wide international audience. Kim James Newman (born 31 July 1959) is an English journalist, film critic and fiction writer. Thomas Danneberg (2 June 1942 – 30 September 2023) was a German actor. He is best known as Charles Emerson in the 1967 Edgar Wallace film ''The Blue Hand'' and for dubbing over the actors Arnold Schwarzenegger, Terence Hill, Sylvester Stallone, John Cleese, Dan Aykroyd, Adriano Celentano, Nick Nolte, John Travolta, Michael York, Rutger Hauer and Dennis Quaid. Danneberg also collaborated with the German trance/techno-band E Nomine on a number of their albums. Thomas Danneberg retired from voice acting because of health reasons. He died from a stroke on 30 September 2023, at the age of 81. Luciano Pigozzi, also known professionally as Alan Collins (10 January 1927 – 14 June 2008), was an Italian character actor. Scuba diving is a mode of underwater diving whereby divers use breathing equipment that is completely independent of a surface air supply. The name "scuba", an acronym for "Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus", was coined by Christian J. Lambertsen in a patent submitted in 1952. Scuba divers carry their own source of breathing gas, usually compressed air, affording them greater independence and movement than surface-supplied divers, and more time underwater than free divers. Although the use of compressed air is common, a gas blend with a higher oxygen content, known as enriched air or nitrox, has become popular due to the reduced nitrogen intake during long and/or repetitive dives.
