The official study session was started in 1993. Although there is a doubt about the founder. According to Md. Abdur Rauf (Chairman of Comilla Adarsha Sadar Upazila & President of Bangladesh College Teachers' Association), the founder of the school is Late Mohammad Abdul Kuddus, Ekushey Padak Winner. But Afzal Khan's name is written on the school's signboard. Initially the school conducted only one shift. From 1997 two shifts were introduced: morning and day. Comilla (; bn, কুমিল্লা, Kumillā, ), officially spelled Cumilla, is the fifth largest city of Bangladesh and second largest in Chittagong division. It is the administrative centre of the Comilla District. The name Comilla was derived from ''Komolangko'' (কমলাঙ্ক), meaning the pond of lotus. Junior School Certificate
The Junior School Certificate (JSC) is a public examination taken by students in Bangladesh after successful completion of eight years of schooling. It is followed by the Secondary School Certificate (SSC). Before the JSC was introduced, an exam was taken in its place (then known as Madhyamik Britti or Junior Scholarship). This was a voluntary vocational exam and not mandatory. Since 2012, the JSC exam questions have consisted of multiple (between 6 and 11, of which 4 to 7 sets need to be answered) sets of four questions, each requiring the student to have knowledge, understanding, application and higher order thinking skills regarding the subject matter to solve.
