''Collectif Paris-Africa pour l'UNICEF'' (English: ''Paris-Africa collective for UNICEF'') is the first album by group Collectif Paris-Africa formed by UNICEF. It was released in France on 5 December 2011 . The first single called "Des ricochets" was released on 25 October 2011. The profits of the album will go to humanitary aid for the people in Horn of Africa. The album has two discs. Collectif Paris-Africa
''Collectif Paris Africa'' (Paris-Africa Collective) is a French group and French speaking international artists united by UNICEF. Its purpose is to collect money for nutrition and food for the poor countries in Horn of Africa (Eritrea, Djibouti, Ethiopia and Somalia). The group released a single called " Des ricochets" ("skimming stones"), referring to the poor availability of fresh water in the area) which was followed by compilation album ''Collectif Paris-Africa pour l'Unicef''. Amel Bent Bachir ( ar, آمال بنت بشير; born 21 June 1985) is a French R&B and pop singer who gained fame after reaching the semi-finals of season 2 of French TV singing competition ''Nouvelle Star''. Gérard Lenorman
Gérard Lenorman (born 9 February 1945) is a French singer-songwriter. Lenorman was born at the Château de Bénouville, Calvados (Normandy) when it was a maternity hospital. He is the son of Madeleine Lenormand and an unknown German soldier. Lenorman has four children with his ex-wife Caroline: Mathieu, Justine, Clémence and Victor. He released his first album in 1969. In 1988, he represented France in the Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin, Ireland, reaching tenth place with " Chanteur de charme". Florent Mothe (; born May 13, 1981) is a French singer, actor and musician. He is most famous for playing the role of Antonio Salieri in ''Mozart, l'opéra rock''. Chimène Badi (; born 30 October 1982 in Melun, Seine-et-Marne), also known by her mononym Chimène, is a French singer of Algerian descent. Early life Badi was born in Melun in the Paris suburbs to a family of Algerian origin. She spent her entire childhood in the south-west of France. Chico & the Gypsies is a French musical formation of rumba catalana, flamenco and Latin pop and rock tunes led by Jahloul Chico Bouchikhi, who was one of the founders of the Gipsy Kings.
