Colin White (born 27 September 1956) is a British racing driver from Glastonbury, Somerset. He currently races in the Ginetta GT4 Supercup for his own CWS Racing team. Glastonbury
Glastonbury (, ) is a town and civil parish in Somerset, England, situated at a dry point on the low-lying Somerset Levels, south of Bristol. The town, which is in the Mendip district, had a population of 8,932 in the 2011 census. Glastonbury is less than across the River Brue from Street, which is now larger than Glastonbury. 2005 SCSA Season
The 2005 SCSA Season was the fifth season of United Kingdom-based NASCAR style stock car racing, originally known as ASCAR. From this season, 'Stock Car Speed Association' was adopted as the new brand of the series. Teams and drivers Race calendar All races were held at the Rockingham Motor Speedway in Corby, Northamptonshire. The season consisted of six meetings of two races taking place on the first Sunday of each month from May to October. The grid for the opening race of each meeting was set by a qualifying session with the second race grid being set by the finishing order of the first. BMW 3 Series (E46)
The fourth generation of the BMW 3 Series range of compact executive cars is designated under the model code E46, which was produced by the German automaker BMW from 1997 to 2006, and was the successor to the E36 3 Series which ceased production in 2000. First introduced in November 1997, the E46 was available in sedan, coupé, convertible, station wagon and hatchback body styles. The latter has been marketed as the 3 Series Compact. The M3 performance model was introduced in June 2000 with a 2-door coupé body style, followed by the convertible counterpart in April 2001. The M3 is powered by the BMW S54 straight-six engine with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed SMG-II automated manual transmission. 2007 Britcar 24 Hour
The 2007 Britcar 24 Hour or 2007 24 Hours of Silverstone was an automobile endurance race, organised by Britcar, held from 8 to 9 September 2007 at Silverstone Circuit. It was the 3rd edition of the Britcar 24 Hour event. The race was won by Duller Motorsport, running a BMW Z4, driven by Dieter Quester, Dirk Werner, Tim Mullen and Jamie Campbell-Walter. The race is also well known for having been featured on Top Gear, Season 10, Episode 9, in which Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May along with The Stig ( Ben Collins) participated in. The 2017 Michelin Ginetta GT4 Supercup is a multi-event, one make GT motor racing championship held across England and Scotland. The championship features a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded drivers, competing in Ginetta G55s that conform to the technical regulations for the championship. It forms part of the extensive program of support categories built up around the BTCC centrepiece. It is the seventh Ginetta GT4 Supercup, having rebranded from the Ginetta G50 Cup, which ran between 2008 and 2010. Barry Maessen
Barry Maessen (born November 12, 1976 in Ysselsteyn) is a Dutch racecar driver. Maessen is the son of BriSCA F1 racer, circuit developer and entrepreneur Harry Maessen. The Dutch driver will be the first Dutch racing driver in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. Racing career Oval racing After starting in motocross Maessen started his racing career in the Saloon stockcars and BriSCA F2. For the 2000 season the Dutch driver raced a Peugeot 205 in the Hot Rods class at the short oval of Raceway Venray. After winning the trackchampionship in 2001 Maessen switched to a Peugeot 206 for the 2002 season. The Dutch driver raced the Peugeot until 2008 when he switched to a Volkswagen Corrado until 2012. The 2016 NASCAR Whelen Euro Series is the eighth Racecar Euro Series season, and the fourth under the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series branding. The 2013 Avon Tyres British GT season was the 21st season of the British GT Championship. The season began on 30 March at Oulton Park and finished on 6 October at Donington Park, after ten rounds held over seven meetings.
