''Colette'' is a 2018 biographical drama film directed by Wash Westmoreland, from a screenplay by Westmoreland, Rebecca Lenkiewicz and Richard Glatzer, based upon the life of the French novelist Colette. It stars Keira Knightley, Dominic West, Eleanor Tomlinson, and Denise Gough. It had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 20, 2018. It was released in the United States on September 21, 2018, by Bleecker Street and 30West. Wash Westmoreland
Paul Westmoreland (born 4 March 1966), known professionally as Wash Westmoreland and previously known as Wash West, is a British director who has worked in television, documentaries, and independent films. He frequently collaborated with his husband, writer-director Richard Glatzer. Together, they wrote and directed the 2014 film '' Still Alice'', based on Lisa Genova's NYT best-selling book and starred Julianne Moore, Kristen Stewart, and Alec Baldwin. Henry Gauthier-Villars (8 August 1859 – 12 January 1931), known by the pen name Willy , was a French ''fin de siècle'' writer and music critic who is today mostly known as the mentor and first husband of Colette. Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye
Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye () is a Communes of France, commune in the north-central French Departments of France, department of Yonne. It is located in an area historically known as Puisaye. In the early 1970s the Château de la Folie, north of the village (halfway to Mézilles) was home to one of the "Maharishi's Science of Creative Intelligence" projects. Transcendental Meditation teachers and students from all over the world gathered here to renovate the buildings and make the château a meditation centre. There were plans to make a campus with meditation-units in the fields between the château and the Etang de la Folie, just beside the D7 road.
