''Cold Coffee Morning'' is the title of a studio album by American country music singer Jon Randall. It was recorded for Asylum Records but never released. ''Cold Coffee Morning'' includes two singles: "She Don't Believe in Fairy Tales" and the title track. Although the former failed to chart, the latter peaked at #71 on the U.S. ''Billboard'' country singles charts. Jon Randall
Jon Randall Stewart (born February 17, 1969) is an American producer, songwriter, and musician. His career began as a guitarist for Emmylou Harris' Nash Ramblers with whom he won his first Grammy for their ''Live at the Ryman'' album in 1992. Between 1995 and 2005 Randall released three solo albums, '' What You Don't Know'', '' Willin''' and ''Walking Among the Living''. He recorded a fourth album, '' Cold Coffee Morning'', which was not released. As a songwriter, Randall has had many notable cuts including "Whiskey Lullaby" recorded by Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss which won the 2005 CMA Song of the Year Award, and “ Tin Man” by Miranda Lambert which won the 2018 ACM Song of the Year Award. Asylum Records is an American record label, founded in 1971 by David Geffen and partner Elliot Roberts. It was taken over by Warner Communications (now the Warner Music Group) in 1972, and later merged with Elektra Records to become Elektra/Asylum Records. ''What You Don't Know'' is the debut studio album released by country music artist Jon Randall and his only album released on the RCA Nashville label. Because of restructuring within the record company, this album received minimal promotion. His proposed next album, entitled ''Great Day to Be Alive'', was shelved for the same reasons, although its title track was later a Top 5 hit for Travis Tritt in 2001. "I Came Straight to You" was previously recorded by Kevin Welch in 1989 and released as a single from his self-titled debut album, and would later be covered by Patty Loveless. "This Heart" was previously a single for Sweethearts of the Rodeo in 1989. "Tennessee Blues" is a cover of a Bobby Charles song. Loretta Lynn Morgan (born June 27, 1959) is an American country music singer and actress. She is the daughter of George Morgan, widow of Keith Whitley, and ex-wife of Jon Randall and Sammy Kershaw, all of whom are also country music singers. Morgan has been active as a singer since the age of 13, and charted her first single in 1979. Rodney Crowell (born August 7, 1950) is an American musician, known primarily for his work as a singer and songwriter in country music.
