Clément Marchand
Clément Marchand (12 September 1912 – 22 April 2013) was a Canadian writer, poet and journalist and publisher. He was born in Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan, Quebec. ''Le Devoir'' (, "Duty") is a French-language newspaper published in Montreal and distributed in Quebec and throughout Canada. It was founded by journalist and politician Henri Bourassa in 1910. A knight is a person granted an honorary title of knighthood by a head of state (including the Pope) or representative for service to the monarch, the church or the country, especially in a military capacity.
