Clément Lenglet
Clément Nicolas Laurent Lenglet (born 17 June 1995) is a French professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for club Atlético Madrid and the France national team. Lenglet began his career with Nancy, making 85 appearances from his debut in 2013, and winning the Ligue 2 title in the 2015–16 season. In January 2017, he joined Sevilla for a €5.4 million fee, where he went on to make 73 appearances and score four goals in an eighteen-month spell, before joining Barcelona for €35 million. The UEFA Nations League is an international European football competition played by the senior men's national teams of the member associations of UEFA, the sport's European governing body. The competition was devised to minimise friendlies and give nations competitive encounters with equally ranked teams. Benoît Pedretti (born 12 November 1980) is a French football manager and former player who is the manager of Nancy. A midfielder, he was a deep-lying playmaker well-known for his wide range of passing. He started his professional career at Sochaux, and played there from 1999 to 2004. The 2015–16 Ligue 2 season was the 77th season since its establishment. Teams There are 20 clubs in the league, with three promoted teams from Championnat National replacing the three teams that were relegated to the same level, and three relegated teams from Ligue 1 replacing the three teams that were promoted to the same level.
