Club Sando Football Club is a football club from Trinidad and Tobago. The club are currently members of the TT Pro League and play at the Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva. Ato Boldon Stadium
The Ato Boldon Stadium is an athletics and football stadium located in Balmain, Couva, Trinidad and Tobago. It is currently the home ground of Central and Club Sando. History The stadium was constructed for the 2001 FIFA U-17 World Championship which was hosted by Trinidad and Tobago, and was named for eight-time Olympic and World Championship medal winner and 1997 200m World Champion, sprinter Ato Boldon. It hosted four of the six Group C matches. It was also used for the 2010 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, in which it hosted one match from Group A, one from Group B, four of the Group C matches, one of the quarter-finals and both semi-finals. Couva
Couva is an urban town (48,858 in 2011 census) in west-central Trinidad, south of Port of Spain and Chaguanas and north of San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago, San Fernando and Point Fortin. It is the capital and main urban centre of Couva–Tabaquite–Talparo, and the Greater Couva area includes the Point Lisas Industrial Estate and the Port of Point Lisas. It is one of the fastest-growing towns in the country. Angus Eve
Angus Eve (born 23 February 1972) is a Trinidadian former professional footballer who is the head coach of the Trinidad and Tobago national team since 2021. With 117 caps he is his country's most capped player of all time. Playing career Eve played with Joe Public of Trinidad, on loan from Chester City of England. Eve is Chester's most capped player, although many of his caps were won while out on loan and he only made 14 Football League appearances for Chester in the 1999–2000 season. They were relegated at the end of the season, with Eve missing several games because of international duty. TT Pro League
The TT Pro League (formerly known as the Professional Football League) is the Trinidad and Tobago professional league for association football clubs. It is the country's primary football competition and serves as the top division in the Trinidad and Tobago football league system. Contested by ten clubs, the league is one of the world's few football leagues that does not operate on an automatic system of promotion and relegation. National Super League
The National Super League is a league for semi-professional association football clubs in Trinidad and Tobago. It is the second-highest division of the Trinidad and Tobago football league system. The league currently comprises 19 teams between 2 leagues and operates on a system of relegation between those leagues. Although the Super League champion of each season can apply for membership in the TT Pro League, the two leagues do not operate on an automatic promotion and relegation system. Seasons run from June to December, with League 1 teams playing 22 regular season matches and League 2 teams playing 12. A total of ten teams are contesting the league, with Central FC the defending champions from the 2014–15 season. The season began on 25 September 2015 and concluded on 21 May 2016 with the crowning of Central FC as the league champion. The first goal of the season was scored by North East Stars' Alonzo Adlam against new team Club Sando in the seventeenth minute of the first round of matches on 25 September 2015.
