Clint Leemans
Clint Leemans (born 15 September 1995) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club NAC Breda. Career Leemans began playing football in the youth of RKVVO in 1998, before moving to the PSV youth academy in 2003. Leemans made his professional debut as Jong PSV player in the second division on 20 September 2013 against FC Den Bosch in a 2–1 away defeat. He came in the field after 81 minutes for Rubén Bentancourt. He's also active as a Dutch youth international. In the 2020–21 season, he won the " Eredivisie Player of the Month" award for September due to his performances with PEC Zwolle. Left without contract in July 2021, Leemans moved to Denmark and signed with newly promoted Danish Superliga club Viborg FF on 4 August 2021, signing a deal until the summer 2023. Rubén Daniel Bentancourt Morales (born 2 March 1993) is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a striker for Nacional. Career Bentancourt made his professional debut as Jong PSV player in the second division on 19 August 2013 against FC Oss. On 31 January 2014, he moved from PSV to Serie A side Atalanta for an undisclosed fee. On 5 August 2014 Atalanta signed Rolando Bianchi from Bologna in a temporary deal, with Bentancourt moved to opposite direction on loan. The Eredivisie Player of the Month is an association football award that recognises the best adjudged Eredivisie player each month of the season. The Eredivisie Player of the Month award is based on statistics ( StatsPerform) and votes from football fans, cast via the KPN Man of the Match vote ( ESPN). These elements also count towards the Eredivisie Player of the Year and Johan Cruyff Talent of the Year Awards, which are presented in a live broadcast on ESPN at the end of the season. The 2015–16 Eerste Divisie, known as Jupiler League for sponsorship reasons, is the sixtieth season of Eerste Divisie since its establishment in 1955. The Eerste Divisie (, en, First Division) is the second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands. It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie and with the third-level Tweede Divisie via promotion/relegation systems. It is also known as the Keuken Kampioen Divisie due to sponsorship, while previously it was known as Jupiler League for the same reason. History The Eerste Divisie consists of 20 clubs, who play each other in a double round-robin league, with each club playing the other club home and away.
