The Clementi Mall (Chinese 金文泰广场）is a shopping mall in Clementi, Singapore, at Clementi Town Centre. It is a six-storey retail development totaling approximately 191,000 square feet of retail space, which includes a basement shopping level and a basement carpark. It opened for business in January 2011, with the grand official opening ceremony on 21 May 2011 officiated by ex-Chairman of Singapore Press Holdings, Dr Tony Tan. The mall is owned by PARAGON REIT (previously SPH REIT). ''Her World'' is a monthly English-language magazine published in Singapore targeted at the female professionals reading market. It is also the first English-language women's magazine to be published in Malaysia and Singapore. History and profile The magazine was published since July 1960. Best Denki
is a Japanese electronics retailer with outlets across Japan, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. It operated in Hong Kong and Taiwan from the late 1980s until 2011 and 2017 respectively. Best Denki headquarters is located in Fukuoka. Previously, in Singapore and Hong Kong, it was known as " Yaohan Best", when it started operations there in 1985. After Yaohan's bankruptcy, the store was changed to its current name. The store has also a service sector that does repair, transportation of goods and after sale service for its franchise stores. Clementi MRT Station
Clementi MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East-West Line in Clementi, Singapore. The station will become an interchange station with the Cross Island Line in 2032. The tracks between Clementi station and Jurong East MRT station are the second longest between any two stations on the East West Line; the longest being the tracks between Expo MRT station and Changi Airport MRT station. It takes four minutes for trains to travel between Clementi and Jurong East stations. The station is also directly linked to the Clementi Mall and Clementi Bus Interchange. Tony Tan Keng Yam (; born 7 February 1940) is a Singaporean former politician who served as the seventh president of Singapore between 2011 and 2017. He did not seek for a second term as president in 2017 due to a constitutional amendment. Prior to entering politics, Tan was a general manager at OCBC Bank. He made his political debut in the 1979 by-elections as a PAP candidate contesting in Sembawang SMC and won. Since its takeover by Cuscaden Peak in 2022, it has been renamed Cuscaden Peak Investments. Prior to 1 December 2021, SPHL was in the media business as well with a reach in the print, digital, radio, and outdoor media. It formed part of a duopoly on the mass media of Singapore, with the other player being Mediacorp.
