''Clean Break'' is a 2008 American film starring Tara Reid, Angus Macfadyen, and Colm Meaney. It was released in a few European markets in 2008 and in the United States on July 3, 2012 (as a Video On Demand title) under the title ''Unnatural Causes''. Plot Julia and Matt are the owners of a successful advertising agency in Barcelona. Apparently they are happily married, but Matt, a very talented professional but unstable person, is confident his wife is cheating on him. He has her followed and when he thinks his suspicions are confirmed, arranges her murder. Unable to stand his own guilt Matt commits suicide. ''Clean Break'' is a drama series commissioned by RTÉ One and produced by Octagon Films. The four-part series premiered on 27 September 2015. Synopsis Frank is a car dealer running out of fiscal rope. He kidnaps the local bank manager's family, which gets him into serious trouble. Plot Frank has money troubles. The bank manager, Desmond Rane, informs him that his house, his car dealership, and a piece of land Frank and his wife had purchased with the notion of building a resort will all imminently be repossessed. Frank's wife currently lives on the Isle of Man and their daughter, Corinna will have to leave Frank and go live with her if the properties are taken away. In English law, an application for financial relief following the presentation of a petition for divorce, nullity or judicial separation used to be described as ancillary relief. The term arose because the financial application was 'ancillary' to the petition. However, the term was discarded by the Family Procedure Rules 2010 which substituted it with the term "application for a financial order". Explanation The courts powers derive in large part from the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973, and in particular section 25(2) which sets out the statutory checklist of factors that should be taken into account. Tyler Jay Hamilton (born June 6, 1970) is a Canadian author, cleantech expert and former business and technology reporter specializing in clean technology. Clean Break (theatre Company)
Clean Break is a feminist theatre company started in 1979 by Jenny Hicks and Jackie Holborough, while inmates of HMP Askham Grange. They expanded the prison's annual Christmas show into Efemera, a two-hour show about prison life. It was later performed for a two-night run at York Arts Centre, which made its 21 cast members the first British prisoners to perform onstage outside of a prison. Upon their release Hicks and Holborough formed the theatre company, Clean Break in order to tell the hidden stories of women in prison. The company also organises residencies in women's prisons in the UK, using directors, playwrights and actors to work with inmates to create their own work.
