Leæther Strip
Leæther Strip is a Danish musical project founded on 13 January 1988 by Claus Larsen. Its influence has been most felt in the electronic body music and electro-industrial genres. Leæther Strip was one of the earliest and most prominent acts on Germany's now defunct Zoth Ommog record label. For distribution outside of Europe, the music has been licensed to the U.S. labels Cleopatra Records and Metropolis Records. After the demise of Zoth Ommog in 1999, Larsen signed to Bloodline Records, which only released a single before also going out of business. In 2005, Leæther Strip signed with the Belgian-based label Alfa Matrix. On 3 June 2011 Larsen announced his split from Alfa Matrix in order to self-release future material. History According to founder Claus Larsen, "Leæther Strip is, and always will be, only him." Larsen was born on 13 November 1967 in Aalborg. He first released music under the name of Leæther Strip in 1989. However, his 1995 release ''G.A.W.M.U.S.'' (Getti ...

Klutæ
Klutæ is an industrial music project founded by Danish musician Claus Larsen, who is best known for his main project, Leæther Strip. Originally formed in 1991 under the name Klute, the project went dormant after 1996's ''Excel''. It reformed in 2006 as Klutæ, to avoid confusion with drum and bass artist Tom Withers who had since risen to prominence with the pseudonym Klute. The come-back EP ''Sinner'' and the following album ''Hit'n'Run'' were released by the Belgian label Alfa Matrix. As compared to Leæther Strip, Larsen describes Klutæ as more "loud and fun." Klutæ's initial releases were in the industrial metal style, mixing Leæther Strip's electro-industrial sound with sampled guitars. In its more recent guise, it has returned to a more classic electro-industrial style. Discography *''Explicit'' ( EP, 1991) *''Excluded'' (Album, 1993) *''Excepted'' (EP, 1994) *''Excel'' (EP, 1996) *''Sinner'' (EP, 2006) *''Hit 'n' Run'' (Album, 2006) *''Slippery When Dead'' (EP, 20 ...
