Claudio Franca Dias (born 10 November 1994) is an English semi-professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Banbury United. Career Northampton Town Born in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Dias joined Northampton Town at under-14 level and progressed through the club's youth system, before signing his first professional contract along with David Moyo on 4 March 2013. He made his professional debut for the club as a 76th-minute substitute for Luke Guttridge in a 2–0 win at home to Barnet on the final day of the 2012–13 season. During the early months of the 2013–14 season, Dias was an unused substitute on six occasions, but failed to make an appearance. He was subsequently released at the end of the season. On 30 August 2013, Dias joined Southern League Premier Division club Corby Town on a one-month loan. Thomas James (born 17 October 1988) is an English footballer who plays as a defender. Playing career Watford Following some impressive displays for Stratford Town, James was signed by Football League Championship side Watford on 5 August 2011. Tom played his one and only game for Watford in an FA Cup tie against Bradford City on 7 January 2012, he came on as an 85th-minute substitute for Mark Yeates, Watford won the game 4–2. In sports, a loan involves a particular player being able to temporarily play for a club other than the one to which they are currently contracted. Loan deals may last from a few weeks to a full season, sometimes persisting for multiple seasons at a time. A loan fee can be arranged by the parent club as well as them asking to pay a percentage of their wages. Association football Players may be loaned out to other clubs for several reasons. The Southern League is a men's football competition featuring semi-professional clubs from the South and Midlands of England. Together with the Isthmian League and the Northern Premier League it forms levels seven and eight of the English football league system. Luke Horace Guttridge (born 27 March 1982) is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He previously played for Torquay United, Cambridge United, Southend United, Leyton Orient, Colchester United, Northampton Town, Aldershot Town, Luton Town and Dagenham & Redbridge. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time. David Moyo
David Philani Moyo (born 17 December 1994) is a Zimbabwean professional footballer who plays as a forward for EFL League Two club Barrow, and he represents the Zimbabwe national team. Career Moyo started a two-year scholarship with Northampton Town in the summer of 2011 after joining from AFC Dunstable.
