	Clarks Pond Clarks Pond is a small lake located south-southeast of the hamlet of Masonville in Delaware County, New York. Clarks Pond drains south via Cold Spring Creek which flows into the West Branch Delaware River. 	Masonville, New York Masonville is a town in Delaware County, New York, United States. The population was 1,320 at the 2010 census. The town is in the western part of the county. History The town was formed in 1811 from the town of Sidney. It was named for the Rev. John M. Mason, a landholder. Geography The western town line is the border of Chenango County. 	West Branch Delaware River The West Branch Delaware River is one of two branches that form the Delaware River.
