Clark Haggans
Clark Cromwell Haggans (born January 10, 1977) is a former American football outside linebacker. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fifth round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He played college football at Colorado State as a defensive end. Haggans played in the NFL from 2000 through 2012, for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Arizona Cardinals, and San Francisco 49ers Haggans earned a Super Bowl ring with the Steelers in Super Bowl XL against the Seattle Seahawks. College career Haggans played defensive end at Colorado State University. He was a productive pass rusher at Colorado State, where he walked on as a freshman, eventually earning a scholarship. In gridiron football, a sack occurs when the quarterback (or another offensive player acting as a passer) is tackled behind the line of scrimmage before throwing a forward pass, when the quarterback is tackled behind the line of scrimmage in the " pocket" and without clear intent, or when a passer runs out of bounds behind the line of scrimmage due to defensive pressure. Jason Larue Gildon (born July 31, 1972) is a former outside linebacker for the National Football League's Pittsburgh Steelers (1994–2003) and Jacksonville Jaguars (2004). He was selected to three Pro Bowl teams from 2000, 2001, and 2002, and is currently ranked fourth in Steelers all-time career sacks with 77. 2004 Pittsburgh Steelers Season
The 2004 Pittsburgh Steelers season was the franchise's 72nd season as a professional sports franchise and as a member of the National Football League. It would be the first season the franchise would have under quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. He would play 18 seasons as a Steeler, a franchise record. The team looked to come back after a disappointing 6–10 season the year before, which saw the team go through the entire season without winning consecutive games. The team finished with a 15–1 record, topping the 14–2 team record from 1978 and joined the 1984 San Francisco 49ers, the 1985 Chicago Bears, and the 1998 Minnesota Vikings as the only teams in NFL history to that point since the league adopted a 16-game schedule in 1978 to finish with such a record. Joey Porter
Joseph Eugene Porter (born March 22, 1977) is an American former football outside linebacker who played 13 seasons in the National Football League (NFL), and is a former outside linebackers coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers. After playing college football at Colorado State, he was drafted by the Steelers in the third round of the 1999 NFL Draft.
