Clarity (Zedd Album)
''Clarity'' is the debut studio album by Russian-German electronic music producer Zedd, released on October 5, 2012 by Interscope Records. A deluxe edition of the album was released on September 24, 2013, preceded by the release of the single " Stay the Night", which features Hayley Williams of Paramore, on September 10, 2013. Upon its release, the album garnered mixed reviews from critics. ''Clarity'' spawned five officially released singles (" Shave It", "Spectrum" and "Clarity" for the original release, and "Stay the Night" and "Push Play" for the deluxe edition) and two promotional singles, "Stache" and "Fall into the Sky". Anton Zaslavski (russian: Антон Заславский; born 2 September 1989), known professionally as Zedd (), is a Russian-born German disc jockey, DJ, record producer, and songwriter. Zedd grew up and began his musical journey in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The ''Billboard'' Hot 100 is the music industry standard record chart in the United States for songs, published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine. Chart rankings are based on sales (physical and digital), radio play, and online streaming in the United States. The weekly tracking period for sales was initially Monday to Sunday when Nielsen started tracking sales in 1991, but was changed to Friday to Thursday in July 2015. This tracking period also applies to compiling online streaming data. Armin Jozef Jacobus Daniël van Buuren ( , ; born 25 December 1976) is a Dutch DJ and record producer from Leiden, South Holland.
