Claremont High School is a public high school nestled in the northern foothills of the Pomona Valley in Claremont, California, United States. Part of the Claremont Unified School District, it is a California Distinguished School, a two-time national Blue Ribbon School of Excellence (1986–1987, 1999–2000), and a nationally recognized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. The school serves Claremont and a small section of Pomona. Athletics Claremont's sports programs include football, basketball, volleyball, golf, baseball, softball, water polo, swimming and diving, wrestling, tennis, soccer, track and field, and cross-country. The varsity football team has won 21 league championships, including 5 CIF titles. Claremont High School Historic District
Claremont High School Historic District is a national historic district located at Hickory, Catawba County, North Carolina. The district encompasses 172 contributing buildings and 3 contributing structures in a predominantly residential section of Hickory. Most of the dwellings date from the late 19th through mid-20th century and include notable examples of Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, and Bungalow / American Craftsman style architecture. The Claremont High School was completed in 1925, and is a three-story, "H"-shaped, Neoclassical style school. The school was rehabilitated in 1986 as an arts and science center. Claremont High School is a co-educational, secondary school and sixth form located in Kenton, in the London Borough of Brent, United Kingdom. The headteacher is Ms Nicola Hyde-Boughey. Claremont High School, East Kilbride
Claremont High School was a non-denominational, state-funded secondary school based in the St Leonards area of East Kilbride. It closed in June 2007 and merged with Hunter High School to form the new Calderglen High School, although Calderglen met in the Claremont building until February 2008 when the new building opened on the same site. It was originally one of six state Secondary schools in East Kilbride until, after a school modernisation program by South Lanarkshire Council, they were merged into three schools. Studio32 Theatre Company A teachers' strike in 1985 led to the establishment of Studio32 by Liane McKenna and Vikki England née Carrick, an amateur theatre company that has since grown to be the leading community theatre company in the area. Clairemont High School is a public high school serving grades 9-12. It is located in the community of Clairemont Mesa, San Diego, California, United States. It is part of the San Diego Unified School District. The campus is situated close to the intersection of Balboa Avenue and Clairemont Drive. It is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. History The school is named after the Clairemont community in which it is located.
