City Of Vultures
''City of Vultures'' is the first and only studio album by the British metal band Rise to Remain. It was released on 5 September 2011 through EMI Records, and in the United States on 5 June 2012 through Century Media Records. It debuted at #83 on the UK Album Charts and at No. 3 UK Rock Chart as well as No. 10 on the International Top 12 Charts in India. Recording ''City of Vultures'' was recorded over the course of four months, beginning in July 2010 at Chapel Studios in Lincolnshire, UK, and concluding in November 2010 Treehouse Studios in Chesterfield, UK. Colin Richardson, in his first production effort since Bullet for My Valentine's 2008 album "Scream Aim Fire", produced the album along with co-producer Carl Bown. It is the band's first release with EMI, whom they signed with in March 2011 after the subsequent completion of the album in November of the previous year. Rise To Remain
Rise to Remain was an English, London-based heavy metal band formed in 2006 and disbanded in 2015. The band made appearances at Download Festival, Sonisphere Festival and extensively toured the UK and Europe. The band released three EPs, the majority of which were "viral" releases, via their MySpace. On 16 March 2011 they signed their first major recording contract with EMI records, which was accompanied by the launch of their website and a free single download entitled "The Serpent". Their debut album, '' City of Vultures'', was released on 5 September 2011, nearly a year after they had started work on recording the album. It was produced by revered metal producer Colin Richardson and Carl Bown. In 2014, the band released a new single entitled "Over and Over", which would be their last musical release. Alexander Zane Reid Lowe (born 7 August 1973) is a New Zealand radio DJ, live DJ, record producer, and television presenter. After an early career in music creation, production and DJing, he moved to the UK in 1997. Fearne Wood ( Cotton; born 3 September 1981) is an English broadcaster and author''.'' She began her career in the late 1990s presenting various children's television shows for GMTV, CITV and CBBC. ''Front'' was a British men's magazine. First published by Cabal Communications in 1998, it was created to rival IPC's publication '' Loaded'', catering to a demographic of 16- to 25-year-old males. It began as part of the British " lads' mag" genre of magazines, though the covers rejected this description with the statement "Front is no lads' mag". Whilst a major selling point was the photo-shoots of models, the magazine also focused heavily on music, films, gadgets and games, plus sections on fashion and sport.
