Citizen's Force Movement
The Citizen's Force Movement ( es, Movimiento Fuerza Ciudadana, MFC) was a political party in Paraguay. Paraguay
Paraguay (; ), officially the Republic of Paraguay ( es, República del Paraguay, links=no; gn, Tavakuairetã Paraguái, links=si), is a landlocked country in South America. It is bordered by Argentina to the south and southwest, Brazil to the east and northeast, and Bolivia to the northwest. It has a population of seven million, nearly three million of whom live in the capital and largest city of Asunción, and its surrounding metro. General elections were held in Paraguay on 27 April 2003. Dieter Nohlen (2005) ''Elections in the Americas: A data handbook, Volume II'', p425 The presidential elections were won by Nicanor Duarte of the Colorado Party, who received 38.3% of the vote. In the Congressional elections, the Colorado Party won 37 of the 80 seats in the Chamber of Deputies and 16 of the 45 seats in the Senate.
