Cirkovljan
Cirkovljan ( hu, Drávaegyház) is a village in Međimurje County, Croatia. The village is administratively part of the wider area of the town of Prelog. It is located on the D20 state road, approximately halfway between Prelog and Draškovec. The centre of Čakovec, the county seat of Međimurje County, is located around 19 kilometres from the village. The population of Cirkovljan in the 2001 census was 819. The village is mainly surrounded by agricultural fields and some forests. Draškovec ( hu, Ligetvár) is a village in Međimurje County, Croatia. The village is part of the wider area of Prelog, Croatia, Prelog and is located around 5 kilometres from the town. The county seat of Međimurje County, Čakovec, is located just over 20 kilometres from the village. Lake Dubrava
Lake Dubrava ( hr, Dubravsko jezero) is a reservoir on the Drava in northern Croatia. It is administratively divided between Međimurje County and Varaždin County, and is bordered by the municipalities of Prelog, Croatia, Prelog, Sveti Đurđ and Veliki Bukovec. The Drava flows into the reservoir near the town of Prelog, while the dam is located near the village of Sveta Marija. It is the largest of four reservoirs built on the Drava, the other three being Lake Ptuj in Slovenia, Lake Ormož on the Croatian-Slovenian border, and Lake Varaždin. Lakes Ormož, Varaždin and Dubrava form the Hydro North group of reservoirs and hydroelectricity, hydro power plants run by the Hrvatska elektroprivreda, HEP Group. Gravel Pit
A gravel pit is an open-pit mine for the extraction of gravel. Gravel pits often lie in river valleys where the water table is high, so they may naturally fill with water to form ponds or lakes. Old, abandoned gravel pits are normally used either as nature reserves, or as amenity areas for water sports, landfills and walking. In Germany former gravel or sand pits that have filled up with water are known as ''Baggersee'' ("power dug lake") and popular for recreational use. In addition, many gravel pits in the United Kingdom have been stocked with freshwater fish such as the common carp to create coarse fishing locations. Gravel and sand are mined for concrete, construction aggregate and other industrial mineral uses. A forest is an area of land dominated by trees. In agriculture, a field is an area of land, enclosed or otherwise, used for agricultural purposes such as cultivating crops or as a paddock or other enclosure for livestock.
