Circumferential Road 6 (C-6), informally known as the C-6 Road, is a network of roads and bridges that all together will form the sixth and outermost beltway of Metro Manila in the Philippines once it is completed. The road would link Metro Manila with the provinces of Bulacan in the north, Rizal in the east, and Cavite in the south, passing through the cities of Pasig, Taguig, and Muntinlupa. Conceived of during the Marcos administration, was originally intended to be a long circumferential expressway linking the North Luzon Expressway in San Jose del Monte and the South Luzon Expressway in Muntinlupa passing through Rodriguez, San Mateo, Antipolo and Taytay in Rizal, and extending to Bacoor, Imus, Kawit and Noveleta in Cavite. Pasig, officially the City of Pasig ( fil, Lungsod ng Pasig), is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. The South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), signed as E2 of the Philippine expressway network and R-3 of the Metro Manila arterial road network, is a limited-access toll expressway that connects Metro Manila to the provinces in the Calabarzon region on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. The expressway has a length of , traveling from its northern terminus at the Magallanes Interchange in Makati to its southern terminus at Santo Tomas, Batangas, connecting it to the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road. The Pasig River ( fil, Ilog Pasig) is a water body in the Philippines that connects Laguna de Bay to Manila Bay. Stretching for , it bisects the Philippine capital of Manila and Metro Manila, its surrounding urban area into northern and southern halves. Noveleta, officially the Municipality of Noveleta ( tgl, Bayan ng Noveleta), formerly known as Tierra Alta during the Spanish colonial era, is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Cavite, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 49,452 people. With the continuous expansion of Metro Manila, the municipality is now included in the Manila built-up area which reaches Lipa City in its southernmost part.
