Ciprian Dinu
Ciprian Dinu (born 27 May 1982) is a Romanian footballer who plays for Liga IV club Flacăra Horezu. Career Dinu began playing football for Unirea Focșani in Liga II. He joined CS Jiul Petroșani in July 2005 and made 47 Liga I appearances for the club. He was named captain at Jiul Petroșani, but left the club on a free transfer after playing one season in Liga II. The 26-year-old joined Liga II side CSM Râmnicu Vâlcea on a two-year contract. Dinu played one season with Râmnicu Vâlcea, becoming the team captain, but the club could not afford his wages and terminated his contract in July 2009. Focșani
Focșani (; yi, פֿאָקשאַן, Fokshan) is the capital city of Vrancea County in Romania on the banks the river Milcov, in the historical region of Moldavia. It has a population () of 79,315. The Liga 2, most often spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07. The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table.
