Cintura (album)
''Cintura'' (Portuguese for "waist") is the eighth album from the band Clã. Most songs were written by Hélder Gonçalves and Carlos Tê. Also participated in writing Arnaldo Antunes (''Vamos esta Noite'', ''Pra Continuar'') and Adolfo Luxúria Canibal (''Fábrica de Amores''). Clã
Clã is a Portuguese pop rock band of a mixed nature in terms of style, ranging from moments of pure balladry, through jazzy details, to enthusiastic pop songs. Biography The band was formed in November 1992 in the city of Porto, consisting of Hélder Gonçalves (guitar), Fernando Gonçalves, Manuela Azevedo (voice), Pedro Rito (bass), Miguel Ferreira (keyboards) and Pedro Biscaia (keyboards). Their first album ''LusoQualquerCoisa'' was released in 1996. In 1997 they released the album ''Kazoo''. Their third record ''Lustro'' was released in 2000. With it they won the Blitz Awards for Best Female Vocal, Best National Band and Best National Album. ''Lustro'' was also released in France, and the band played in Paris, Bordeaux and Barcelona. Pop Rock

Waist
The waist is the part of the abdomen between the rib cage and hips. On people with slim bodies, the waist is the narrowest part of the torso. ''Waistline'' refers to the horizontal line where the waist is narrowest, or to the general appearance of the waist. Structure Because of this and because the waist is often synonymous with the stomach, one can become confused as to the exact location of the waist. Another confusing factor is that the waistline differs on different people. Arnaldo Antunes (, born Arnaldo Augusto Nora Antunes Filho, September 2, 1960) is a Brazilian musician, writer, and composer. He was a member of the rock band Titãs, which he co-founded in 1982 and left ten years later. After 1992, he embarked on a solo career. He has published poetry and had his first book published in 1983. He has worked with Marisa Monte, Tribalistas, and Carlinhos Brown. Childhood Arnaldo was born on September 2, 1960, to Arnaldo Augusto Nora Antunes and Dora Leme Ferreira. He was the fourth of seven children. Paulo Furtado (born 9 September 1970) is a Portuguese singer-songwriter who performs under the stage name The Legendary Tigerman. Furtado started his music career in the lates 1980s when he joined the psychobilly band Tédio Boys. After leaving Tédio Boys, Furtado founded in 2000 the blues rock band Wraygunn. In 2002, he began releasing solo music under the alias The Legendary Tigerman.
