Cillian Morrison
Cillian Morrison (born 1991/12) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who has played for St Eunan's and the Donegal county team. He has also played association football in the League of Ireland. Early life Morrison is from Glebe in Letterkenny. His father is Seamus and his mother is Marjorie. He attended St Eunan's College. He went to University College Dublin (UCD) to study civil engineering after receiving a sports scholarship. Association football Morrison played for Ballyraine as well as the Letterkenny and District schoolboys' team. He then played for Derry City under-age teams. He later scored a number of goals with UCD in the League of Ireland, having joined the team under their scholarship scheme. He later joined Cork City F.C. on an eighteen-month contract in 2014. St Eunan's GAA
St Eunans GAA ( ; or ''Naomh Adhamhnáin'') is a dual club which plays hurling and Gaelic football. Their home ground is O'Donnell Park in Letterkenny. They field 35 teams, making them the biggest club in their county. One of the strongholds of Gaelic football in County Donegal, they have won the joint most Donegal Senior Football Championship along with Gaoth Dobhair who have also won 15. Considered Donegal's most prolific club, they are renowned for their conveyor belt-like consistency in producing players of senior inter-county quality, including numerous All-Ireland winners. John Dunleavy
John Francis Dunleavy (born 3 July 1991) is an Irish footballer who plays as a defender. He currently plays for Finn Harps in the League of Ireland. Career Dunleavy joined Wolverhampton Wanderers academy in October 2006, rejecting the chance to join clubs such as Manchester United and Celtic, despite a very strong academic record. He signed a two-year professional contract near the end of the 2008–09 season during which the club were promoted to the Premier League. In January 2011 he headed for a loan spell at League Two side Barnet, where he made his professional debut in a game against Southend. 2014 Donegal Senior Football Championship
The 2014 Donegal Senior Football Championship was contested by senior Gaelic football clubs under the auspices of Donegal GAA. The defending champions were Glenswilly. They were dethroned in the 2014 final. Format It was announced in 2013 that the 2014 County Championship would begin as soon as the Donegal senior football team were eliminated from the Sam Maguire Cup, which, as it transpired, was in September after the 2014 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final. Conor Gibbons is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for St Eunan's and the Donegal county team. Playing career Gibbons has won three Donegal Senior Football Championships with his club: in 2009, 2012 and 2014. He made a substitute appearance during the 2009 final, replacing Cillian Morrison. Donegal Senior Football Championship
The Donegal Senior Football Championship (abbreviated as Donegal SFC) is an annual football competition organised by Donegal GAA and contested by the highest-level clubs, to determine the best team in County Donegal. Since 2016, it has been known as Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure Donegal SFC after its headline sponsor. Initially a straight knock-out competition, the Donegal SFC added a round-robin group stage in 2013. The final is played at MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey. The winning club qualifies to represent its county in the Ulster Senior Club Football Championship, the winners of which go on to compete in the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship. The winning club receives the Dr Maguire Cup. The competition has been won by 17 clubs, 14 of which have won it more than once. Michael Murphy (Gaelic Footballer)
Michael Murphy (born 4 August 1989) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays as a full forward for Glenswilly and, formerly, for the Donegal county team, which he captained from December 2010 until his retirement from inter-county football in November 2022. His predecessors as Donegal players, such as Manus Boyle, Brendan Devenney and Anthony Molloy, regard Murphy as the county's greatest ever footballer. Outside his county he is often regarded as one of the sport's all-time best players. Antoin McFadden (born 1989/1990) is an Irish Gaelic football coach and player who has played for St Michael's and the Donegal county team. Pronounced , his forename is derived from the name of Roman great antiquity origin. Ulster Under-21 Football Championship
The Ulster GAA Football Under-20 Championship, known simply as the Ulster Under-20 Championship, is an annual inter-county Gaelic football competition organised by the Ulster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA).
