Cican Stanković
Cican Stanković (; sr-Cyrl, Цицан Станковић, ; born 4 November 1992) is an Austrian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Greek Super League club AEK Athens. Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he represents the Austria national team. Club career Stanković was promoted to the senior squad of third tier side Horn in 2010 and joined Grödig in 2013. He moved to Austrian powerhouse Red Bull Salzburg in 2015 with great success. AEK Athens On 31 May 2021, AEK Athens reached an agreement with Red Bull Salzburg for the purchase of the Austrian goalkeeper. The deal includes a €1,100,000 fee for Salzburg, whereas Stanković will put pen to paper to a four-year contract, receiving €700,000 per year. Bijeljina ( sr-cyrl, Бијељина) is a city and municipality in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is the provincial center of Semberija, a geographic region in the country's northeast. The 2013–14 Austrian Football Bundesliga was the 102nd season of top-tier football in Austria. Licensing procedures On 30 April 2013, the Bundesliga awarded the licenses for the 2013–14 championship. Only 18 out of the 24 clubs that had applied for a license were granted. The Bundesliga teams FC Admira Wacker Mödling and FC Wacker Innsbruck, the First League clubs First Vienna FC and TSV Hartberg, as well as the regional league teams LASK Linz and SV Austria Salzburg were denied the license. First league team SKN St. Pölten received the license through financial conditions. FC Lustenau 07, who had to forcibly withdraw from the First League due to multiple violations of the licensing procedure, did not apply for the license.
