Ciara Torrance
Ciara Torrance (born 1 September 1999) is a Scottish badminton player who competes in international level events. She is a Scottish National women's doubles champion, winning in 2020 with her partner Julie MacPherson. Torrance was part of team Scotland that won the bronze medal at the 2020 European Women's Team Championships. Personal life Ciara Torrance graduated from the Glasgow School of Sport, based at Bellahouston Academy. Her brother, Ben Torrance, also a badminton player who competing in the national and international events. Prestwick
Prestwick ( gd, Preastabhaig) is a town in South Ayrshire on the west coast of Ayrshire in Scotland about southwest of Glasgow. It adjoins the larger town of Ayr to the south on the Firth of Clyde coast, the centre of which is about south, and the small village of Monkton, Ayrshire, Monkton to the north. It had a population of 14,901 at the 2011 census. The town is served by Glasgow Prestwick Airport, which serves many European destinations as well as transatlantic and other international cargo flights. Matthew Clare
Matthew Clare (born 4 March 1997) is an English badminton player. He graduated from the Ripon Grammar School, and now educated at the Loughborough University. He won the 2016 U-19 National Junior Championships in the boys' doubles event partnered with Ben Lane. He also the member of the English junior team that won silver medal at the 2015 European Junior Championships. In 2017, he won the mixed doubles title at the Croatian International tournament with Victoria Williams, he also the third place in the men's doubles event with David King. Christopher Grimley (born 6 February 2000) is a Scottish badminton player who competes in international level events. His doubles partner is his twin brother Matthew Grimley. Christopher has competed at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics. Career Early career Christopher Grimley started to know about badminton at the age of six because his parents playing this sport.
