Cian Shields
Cian Shields (born 7 March 2005) is a British racing driver currently set to race in the 2024 FIA Formula 3 Championship with Hitech Pulse-Eight. He was Euroformula Open vice-champion. Career Karting Shields started karting at the age of 11 in 2016. In 2017 he competed in IAME Cadets with British GT driver Dean MacDonald being his driver coach. In 2019 he became champion of the X30 Junior category in the IAME Series Benelux. GB3 Championship In 2022, Shields began his single-seater career by joining Hitech Grand Prix in the GB3 Championship. He would take his first victory in the reversed-grid race at Silverstone, holding off Nick Gilkes in the closing laps. Mugello Circuit () is a race track in Scarperia e San Piero, Florence, Tuscany, Italy. The circuit length is . It has 15 turns and a long straight. Donington Park is a motorsport circuit located near Castle Donington in Leicestershire, England. The circuit business is now owned by Jonathan Palmer's MotorSport Vision organisation, and the surrounding Donington Park Estate, still owned by the Wheatcroft family, is currently under lease by MotorSport Vision until 2038. Oulton Park is a hard surfaced track used for motor racing, close to the village of Little Budworth, Cheshire, England. Álex Palou Montalbo (; born 1 April 1997) is a Spanish racing driver who drives for Chip Ganassi Racing in the IndyCar Series, where he won the 2021 series championship. 2023 Eurocup-3 Season
The 2023 Eurocup-3 season is the inaugural season of the Eurocup-3 series. It is a multi-event motor racing championship for single-seater open wheel formula racing cars held across Europe. The championship was created as an alternative to the FIA-sanctioned Formula Regional European Championship and the Euroformula Open championship, after the latter series struggled to attract entries in late 2022. The series aims to provide a level playing field for all drivers, with all partaking teams agreeing on a maximum budget of €400,000 per season. Radical Motorsport is a British manufacturer and constructor of racing cars. The company was founded in January 1997 by amateur drivers and engineers Mick Hyde and Phil Abbott, who built open cockpit sportscars which could be registered for road use and run on a track without modification. The Radical SR3 is a race and sports car produced by Radical Sportscars, which has been built in Peterborough since 2002. The vehicle is considered a further development of the Clubsport 1100. History Designed by race car designer Mike Pilbeam, the SR3 is considered Radical's most successful model with over 1,100 units sold.
