Churchbridge Junction
Churchbridge is a Junction (road), road junction situated between Churchbridge, Staffordshire, Churchbridge and Bridgtown in Staffordshire. It links the A5 road (Great Britain), A5, A34 road (England), A34, and A460 road (Great Britain), A460 to the adjacent M6 Toll. The junction is a magic gyratory, which means that it is similar to a Roundabout#.22Magic.22 roundabouts or ring junctions, magic roundabout, except that the constituent roundabouts are connected by lengths of roadway. The current junction layout was created in 2002–2003, incorporating the M6 Toll. The junction is a source of Traffic congestion, congestion. Bridgtown
Bridgtown is an industrial town and civil parish in the Cannock Chase District of Staffordshire, England. It is situated on the A5 between Cannock and Great Wyrley. There are multiple industrial and retail estates around the town as well as residential areas. There is now only one church in Bridgtown, the Bethel Church. There was one on Church Street but it is now used for commercial purposes. The Chase Line railway from Rugeley to Walsall passes the south of the town over the M6 Toll and A5, with the nearest station at Cannock. The A34 is a major road in England. It runs from the A33 and M3 at Winchester in Hampshire, to the A6 and A6042 in Salford, close to Manchester City Centre. The A460 is a main road in the Midlands of England. It runs from Wolverhampton in the West Midlands to Rugeley in Staffordshire. It is also a primary road linking Wolverhampton and Cannock with the M54, M6 and M6 Toll. M6 Toll
The M6 Toll, referred to on signs as the Midland Expressway (originally named the Birmingham Northern Relief Road or BNRR), and stylised as M6toll, connects M6 Junction 3a at the Coleshill Interchange to M6 Junction 11A at Wolverhampton with of six-lane motorway. The M6 Toll is the only major toll road in Great Britain, and has two payment plazas, Great Wyrley Toll Plaza for northbound and Weeford Toll Plaza for southbound.
