Chupe (footballer)
Francisco Salvador Elá (born 9 May 1980), commonly known as Chupe, is an Equatoguinean retired professional footballer who played as a striker. Club career Born in Mongomo, Chupe spent 13 years as a senior in Spanish football safe for a very brief spell in Switzerland with FC Chiasso, but never competed in higher than Segunda División B. He spent several seasons associated with Real Madrid but only appeared officially with its C and B-teams, even though main squad manager Vicente del Bosque registered him in one UEFA Champions League list as a youth system player. Mongomo is a town in the province of Wele-Nzas on mainland Equatorial Guinea, on the eastern border, roughly 1 km (0.62 mi) west of Gabon's Woleu-Ntem Province. Vicente del Bosque González, 1st Marquess of Del Bosque (; born 23 December 1950) is a Spanish retired football manager and former player. He is regarded as one of the greatest managers of all time and is to date the only football manager to have won the World Cup, the Champions League, the European Championship and the Intercontinental Cup.
