Christos Mikes
Christos Mikes ( gr, Χρήστος Μικές; born 23 September 1971) is a Greek retired professional footballer who played as a defender. Career Mikes started his career with Zavlani. In 1989, he moved to Panachaiki, in where he played the next seven years. In 1996, he went to Kalamata and four years later, he moved to Ionikos. The seasons 2003-04 and 2004-05 he played in Chalkidona F.C. and the season 2005-06 he played in Atromitos after the merge of two clubs. The next season, he moved to Veria, Πήρε Μικέ και Κινγκ η Βέροια in where remained only one season. The next years he continued in lower leagues, in Achilleas Kamaron and Niki Proastiou. He was in the Greece national team that won the 1997 |

Defender (association Football)
In the sport of association football, a defender is an outfield position whose primary role is to stop attacks during the game and prevent the opposition from scoring. Centre-backs are usually positioned in pairs, with one full-back on either side to their left and right, but can be played in threes with or without full-backs. Panachaiki
Panachaiki G.E. (Greek: Παναχαϊκή Γυμναστική Ένωση, ''Panachaiki Gymnastiki Enosi'', "Pan- Achaean Gymnastic Union") is a Greek multi-sport club based in the city of Patras, Greece. The history of Panachaiki began in 1891, when Panachaikos Gymnastikos Syllogos (Pan-Achaean Gymnastic Club) was founded. In 1894, a rival sports club, Gymnastiki Eteria Patron (Gymnastic Company of Patras), was founded in Patras by former Panachaikos' members. It was only in 1923 that the two clubs agreed to merge, forming Panachaiki Gymnastiki Enosi. Throughout a history of over 120 years, Panachaiki's athletes have won several Olympic medals. Kalamata F
Kalamáta ( el, Καλαμάτα ) is the second most populous city of the Peloponnese peninsula, after Patras, in southern Greece and the largest city of the homonymous administrative region.
