Marina Tsvigun ( ua, Марина Цвігун), or Maria Devi Christos by assumed name, (born 1960) is a religious sect leader of the New Community of Enlightened Humanity, also known as "YUSMALOS" (YUS - Youann Swami KA Yuri Krivonogov, her co-founder MA - Maria, and the word Logos, for Jesus) or "The Great White Brotherhood". Following the collapse of the Soviet Union it was one of the conspicuous New Age movements in the former republics, with about 80,000 members by official count. Biography Tsvigun was born in 1960 in Stalino, Ukrainian SSR, USSR. She served as a functionary for the Young Communist League district committee, worked as a newspaper journalist and an editor for Donetsk textile factory radio network. In 1990 she attended lectures by Yuri Krivonogov, the "White Brotherhood" co-founder, who recognized Tsvigun as a new messiah and later received the role of "Higher Priest" of the Great White Brotherhood. Jon Christos (born John Christodoulou 23 March 1976, Salford, England) is an English singer, local radio presenter. and a member of the Professorial Staff - Vocal Studies at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. A classically trained tenor, he is best known for albums of operatically-styled crossover music. Biography Early years and education Born John Christodoulou in Salford, Greater Manchester to a British mother and a Greek Cypriot father. He started playing the violin at the age of 4, quickly changing to the piano. He studied at the renowned Chethams School of Music in Manchester and then the Royal Northern College of Music. Whilst at the RNCM Christos took lead tenor roles, such as Tamino in Mozart's ''The Magic Flute'' and Count Almaviva in the college's production of Rossini's ''The Barber of Seville'' performed at the Aix-en-Provence music festival in Southern France.
